3. Cancellation Within Allowed Time
Customers are eligible for a refund if the booking order is cancelled before 3 hours of the show. Cancellations made after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund or cancellation request is made after the allowed cancellation window.
- The service has already been partially or fully consumed.
- No-shows or failure to attend the show after confirmation.
5. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, including:

- Bank Account
- Credit/Debit Card
6. Failed Transactions (Money Deducted, No Ticket Issued)
In cases where the amount is deducted but the ticket is not issued:
- The refund will be processed automatically.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original account within 3–7 working days.
